Young Luk is currently in his second year in the Master of Public Policy Program at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, majoring in Political Science and Urban Studies with a minor in Anthropology. He recently completed a summer internship position at the Toronto Police Service Board as a research associate, supporting research and analysis for the Board’s strategic plan, engagement plan, and monitoring framework. Young is passionate about inclusivity in urban policymaking, particularly in community safety policy, and its potential to shape civic engagement and democratic participation in the city.
